YES! Blizzard is finally giving us an 11th character slot.
EDIT: Oh also, Area looting will be added. One of the biggest things I've wanted in World of Warcraft since first experiencing it in Star Wars The Old Republic. Especially since the little World of Warcraft playtime I get is while running dungeons and vanilla raids with my close friends resulting in mass shineys.
